The film tells the story of a widowed woman who is experiencing problems in her relationships. Füsun is a columnist for a newspaper. She also works as a university lecturer. Füsun, who lost her husband years ago, lives with her two children. Tayfun, one of her colleagues at the newspaper, takes an interest in Füsun. A romantic connection develops between the two.
