After divorcing Zainal, both children, now teenagers, are raised by their father. Maria's busy schedule managing her business causes her relationship with Ezra and Ezrin to become strained and increasingly distant. Next is the story of Anita, a secondary school teacher who has recently moved to Kuala Lumpur with her two children, Juwita and a baby, Sara. Juwita continues her studies at college while at the same time helping her mother manage the house and take care of Sara.
