Worum geht es in Day of the Dead?
In der Serienadaption des gleichnamigen Filmklassikers „Day of the Dead“ von George A. Romero treffen sechs Fremde aufeinander, die versuchen, die ersten 24 Stunden einer Zombie-Invasion zu überleben. Manchmal braucht es eben eine Horde hungriger Zombies, um Menschen zusammenzubringen. Die Gruppe besteht aus Cam McDermott (Keenan Tracey), der sich nach seinem Highschool-Abschluss von Job zu Job gehangelt hat, Luke Bowman (Daniel Doheny), Sohn der Bürgermeisterin, Lauren Howell (Natalie Malaika), die als Angestellte der örtlichen Bestatterfirma plötzlich viel zu tun hat, Sarah Blackwood (Morgan Holmstrom), die früher bei einer Spezialeinheit tätig war und Amy (Kristy Dawn Dinsmore), die als Lebensberaterin sehr motivieren kann – doch gelingt ihr das auch in der Zombie-Apokalypse?
